To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect at the time of opening the package. The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly capture the issue.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted for any other reasons. Requests without valid unboxing video proof will be rejected.
