  • Time Frame: You may return any unused, unopened perfume within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Returns are accepted only for items in their original, unused, and sealed condition. Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not qualify for a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or order number must accompany the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or Customized Perfumes: Items that have been customized to your preferences are not eligible for returns.
  • Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or through special promotions are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a full refund (minus any shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If a return does not meet the required conditions, we will notify you, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
  • Replacement Terms: We will arrange a replacement for defective or damaged items only after confirming the nature of the issue through photos or videos provided by the customer.
